There is a bit of a reprieve in fear as Russia is trying to mediate between Ukraine and the rebels (Russia themselves actually) however this should only be temporary as Russia needs to slow down the momentum of Ukrainian offensives which are overwhelming the rebels and threatens Putin’s foot hold on the region.
